Who we are
Our passion for truffles was born in 1984, when we began to collect the truffle, up to start, in 1997, a small family-run company. The daily supply guarantees the freshness and quality of the truffle and the harvest is done directly by the family. Since then, Ivano Passeri snc, guarantees the quality of its product, through the management of all stages of truffle processing (from collection to sale, both retail and wholesale) in its own company using only craft techniques.
Company History
La Passeri Tartufi S.a.s. born from a passion that dates back to 1984, when Ivano, at the time a factory worker, as a hobby, collected truffles with his trusty dog Pippo. The joyful combination between, love for dogs and this wonderful fruit of nature, arose in him the interest in knowing more and more deeply the world around him, so much that he immediately started to document and work with experts in the field, bringing it later to undertake autonomously and in a short time its first trades.In this way, together with his wife Cinzia, he opened his first business, the Ivano Passeri snc, a family-run company where tradition and professionalism laid the foundations for a wider and more refined range of products, so as to guarantee a future of ever more numerous customers. and satisfied.
Great was the enthusiasm in working this magnificent tuber that also aroused in the children the same interest, which immediately became part of the company, which today, exporting its products abroad, brings on the tables a wonderful mix of tradition, perfumes and unique sensations.Thanks to the craftsmanship and careful selection of raw materials, our company stands out in the trade mainly for the production of high quality products, which boast an authentic and certified made in Italy.

What is truffle
The truffle is a delight that can be combined with multiple courses, such as:
the appetizers, which can vary from the classic spreads of canapés or bruschetta to a more elaborate tartare of meat or fish.
Follow the first courses that range in all kinds from the classic tagliatella to simple penne or risotto, always using as base oil, butter or cream.
You then arrive to the second course of meat or fish as fillets or sliced where you can use it as a flavor and aroma enhancer.
